Close to the Action

Want to be near the excitement of Race Finish, support athletes and guests, and experience the energy of a Ski World Cup?

  • Race Finish Assistance: help install and remove safety fencing in the Race Finish area. This is a hands-on, physical, on-snow role that requires heavy lifting.
  • Spectator Services[On Snow]: welcome and assist spectators as they navigate the Race Finish venue, shuttle drop-off/pick-up, and overall Race Finish experience. This role is an outdoors and on snow position, and requires standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
  • Venue Security: Help create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for athletes, guests, and spectators. Most positions are located throughout the outdoor Race Finish venue, with a limited number of indoor opportunities available in the Talons building. This role requires standing for extended periods throughout your shift.

Guest Experience and Hospitality

Create memorable moments by providing exceptional service and helping every guest and volunteer feel welcome from arrival to departure.

  • Spectator Services [Beaver Creek Village]: provide information, directions, and friendly assistance throughout Beaver Creek Village, shuttle stop, and surrounding areas. All positions are outdoors and require standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
  • VIP Hospitality: support the VIP Lounge by creating an outstanding experience for our guests. All positions are outdoors and require standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
  • Volunteer HQ: Keep the volunteer crew running smoothly by assisting with check-in, credentials, shift support, and volunteer services using your strong organizational and computer skills. This role is indoors.

Event Operations

Be part of the team that powers every day of the World Cup. These roles ensure volunteers, staff, athletes, and guests have everything they need while helping deliver a seamless, sustainable, and memorable event.

  • Product: organize and distribute volunteer uniforms and VIP gifts, assist with the Volunteer Merch Store, and help manage inventory. This role is indoors and requires some heavy lifting.
  • Commissary (F&B): support daily volunteer meal distribution, inventory, and hospitality needs to keep the event fueled and running smoothly. This role is indoors and requires some heavy lifting.
  • Green Team: champion the event’s sustainability initiatives by helping guests, volunteers, and staff recycle properly and reduce waste throughout the venue. This position is outdoors and require standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
