VIP capacity is limited and Birds Eye View capacity is extremely limited. All packages are subject to availability.

Xfinity Birds of Prey Audi FIS World Cup Ski Racing is a free event hosted by the nonprofit Vail Valley Foundation. Every VIP ticket purchased goes directly to supporting Birds of Prey event operations and ensuring ski racing has a long and vibrant future in the Vail Valley.

*VIP is available Friday – Sunday of the races.

VIP HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

3-DAY VIP PACKAGE // $2,500

  • Two (2) Event VIP Tickets per day*
  • VIP Tickets provide access to the main Event VIP Hospitality tent and outdoor viewing area on race days within designated hours

 

*Event VIP Tickets do not include ski lift access or access to the Birds Eye View elevated viewing deck.
*Children 6 and under receive free entry with a ticketed adult (one child per adult). All others require a purchased ticket for entry.

BIRDS EYE VIEW VIP PACKAGES

3-DAY EXPERIENCE // $13,000

  • VIP shuttle service to and from the finish area for two (2) people
    • Inclusive of complimentary valet parking in Beaver Creek
  • Access to the private, elevated viewing deck within existing VIP area for all three race days
    • Inclusive of F&B service for two (2) people
    • Elevated outdoor viewing deck with lounge seating, dedicated bar service and a burger bar
  • Two (2) VIP Gift Bags
  • Two (2) tickets to Beers of Prey Tasting event on December 7

 

*Children 2 and under do not require a Birds Eye View ticket for entry when accompanied by a Birds Eye View ticketed adult (one child per adult). Due to limited capacity, children 3 and above will require a paid Birds Eye View ticket for entry.


1-DAY EXPERIENCE* // $5,000

PURCHASE BIRDS EYE VIEW VIP

*Limited deck space available. Please book package early to reserve desired day.

  1. If it’s race day, and you have your ticket, head directly to Red Tail StadiumVIP Will Call/Registration opens on Sunday, November 26. Beat the crowd and pick up your VIP ticket early!
  2. Be sure to fill out our waiver ahead of time! Every person taking advantage of VIP must complete the waiver prior to attending: bcworldcup.com/waiver-23
  3. When you arrive in Beaver Creek Village, head over to the Xfinity Birds of Prey Registration area located in the Gerald R Ford Hall in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Hotel. 
  4. Be sure to pick up your ticked prior to heading to Red Tail Stadium on race day. If it’s race day, and you have your ticket, head directly to Red Tail Stadium. You will receive a wristband at the VIP Tent. **Keep your VIP ticket and wristband handy for same-day re-entry. Please also note that dependent on crowd levels, your VIP ticket may be needed to gain entry to the venue, so please distribute tickets to your party before you head up to the race venue. 

VIP Tickets are available for pick up during the week of the event at main registration located in the Ford Hall in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Hotel.

Please make sure to pick up your VIP tickets prior to heading up to Red Tail Stadium. You will not be able to access the VIP Tent without your daily ticket. VIP tickets are available for pick up the week of the event at main registration located in the Gerald R Ford Hall in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Hotel. Beaver Creek Parking & Transportation:  

Spectator parking is available in the Elk or Bear parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek. Regularly scheduled free shuttles will bring spectators from the base parking area to the Vilar Performing Arts Center and Birds of Prey Way expo area.

Getting to Red Tail Stadium: Free race shuttles depart from the Covered Bridge in Beaver Creek Village often throughout race days. From the race-finish drop-off area, there is a five-minute on-snow walk uphill to Red Tail Stadium. Please allow one hour of travel time from the base of Beaver Creek Resort to Red Tail Stadium to avoid missing any of the action!

What to wear: Weather can certainly vary from year to year but we recommend being prepared for cold temperatures and snow. Wear plenty of layers and consider wearing footwear with good traction.
