We will be celebrating our efforts as a group with thank you, kickoff and wrap parties.

If you are volunteering during the men’s week, there will be a party on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:30pm at Ford Hall.

If you are volunteering during the women’s week, there will be a party on Wednesday, Dec 11 at a TBA time on the Ice Rink.

If you are volunteering during the women’s week, join us for a beer and slice on Sunday, Dec 15 at 5pm at Blue Moose.

• The events are free and you will need to show your credential at the door.
• The parties are for volunteers supporting the event only.
• You must RSVP for either party in order to attend and an email will be sent in November for both parties.
• Park in the Elk Lot and take the shuttle up. Elk Lot parking is free after 1:00pm.
