- If it’s race day, and you have your ticket, head directly to John and Karen Arnold Red Tail Stadium. VIP Will Call/Registration opens on Monday, December 1 at 9am. Beat the crowd and pick up your VIP ticket early!

- When you arrive in Beaver Creek Village, head over to the Stifel Birds of Prey Registration area located in the Gerald R. Ford Hall in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Hotel.
- Please also note that dependent on crowd levels, your VIP ticket may be necessary to gain access to the bus service up to the race venue. Therefore, it is a good idea to distribute tickets to your party before you head to John and Karen Arnold Red Tail Stadium.**Keep your VIP ticket and wristband handy for same-day re-entry.

Beaver Creek Parking & Transportation:
Spectator parking is available in the Elk or Bear parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek. Regularly scheduled free shuttles will bring spectators from the base parking area to the Vilar Performing Arts Center and Birds of Prey Way expo area.

Getting to John and Karen Arnold Red Tail Stadium: Free race shuttles depart from the Covered Bridge in Beaver Creek Village often throughout race days. From the race-finish drop-off area, there is a five-minute on-snow walk uphill to John and Karen Arnold Red Tail Stadium. Please allow one hour of travel time from the base of Beaver Creek Resort to the stadium to avoid missing any of the action!

What to wear: Weather can certainly vary from year to year but we recommend being prepared for cold temperatures and snow. Wear plenty of layers and consider wearing footwear with good traction.
