The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) has given the green light for the 2025 Stifel Birds of Prey Men’s Audi FIS Ski World Cup in Beaver Creek. We received a positive snow control today for the following program, with alternative starts and finishes:
- Friday, Dec. 5: Downhill
- Saturday, Dec. 6: Super-G
- Sunday, Dec. 7: Giant Slalom
In order to focus all efforts on successfully hosting and executing our three traditional races, Thursday’s additional downhill race has been removed from the schedule. If the weather cooperates and snow production progresses, we will revert to the original program and original track.
All village festivities will continue as planned, kicking off Thursday, Dec. 4 at 12:00PM with free live music in Birds of Prey Way and back-to-back showings of Warren Miller’s new movie “SNO-CIETY” at the Vilar Performing Arts Center that evening.
