UPDATE FOR VIP TICKET HOLDERS

Friday’s regularly scheduled downhill race has been moved to Thursday, due to forecasted weather conditions. The VIP tent will remain open all four days with unlimited food and beverages, plus live entertainment.

Your VIP ticket is only valid for the day you purchased, regardless of the race schedule. If your VIP ticket is on a day where there is no scheduled race, you have the option for a full refund for that day or you can donate your ticket purchase to the Vail Valley Foundation.

If you would like a refund, please respond to this email with your refund request and allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Or, by converting your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation to the Vail Valley Foundation, you would support our mission to provide life-enriching experiences in arts, athletics, and education, and enhance our valley as a place to live, work, and visit.

Thursday VIP tickets are still available for purchase. If you have questions, please call Dave Dressman at 619.764.0940 or Kate Kalamon at 610.823.4848.

**Weather conditions are rapidly evolving, and schedules and courses are subject to change.
