Volunteer events that have been confirmed for this year include:
- Thank You and Kickoff Volunteer Party:We will be celebrating our efforts as a group with our traditional welcome volunteer party on:
- Wednesday, December 2 at 6:30pm at Ford Hall if you are volunteering during Men’s week.
- Wednesday, December 9 at 6:30pm at the Ice Rink in Beaver Creek if you are volunteering during Women’s week.
- Thank you and Wrap-up Volunteer Party: Join us for our traditional Volunteer closing celebration on:
- Sunday, December 6 [Time and Place To Be Confirmed] – if you are volunteering during Men’s week.
- Sunday, December 13 [Time and Place To Be Confirmed] if you are volunteering during Women’s week
- Volunteer Hospitality (aka Après Beer):After you check out from your shift, please stick around and enjoy an adult beverage or two on us and share your day’s experience with your friends. Please confirm with the Talon Crew Admin staff at Check-out for the location of that day’s gathering.
Please note:
- The events are free; however, you will need to RSVP and show your credential at the door.
- You must RSVP for each event to attend. An email with RSVP instructions will be sent in November.
- The parties are for event volunteers supporting the respective race weeks Guests are not permitted.
- Park in the Elk Lot and take the shuttle up. Elk Lot parking is free after 1:00pm.
Please note: Volunteer Hospitality will not be taking place on days there are other parties or social events scheduled.
