Talon Crew events that have been confirmed for this year include:
ONE TEAM PIZZA PARTY
Join us on Sunday, November 30 at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek for an Après Pizza Party. This is an extra thank you for those who worked course build shifts. It will include all on-mountain teams, and is a great chance to meet the Mountain Ops crews that are out there working with you. Typically, this event will start around 4:00pm, or whenever our shifts for the day end, and will include pizza and beer for everyone working that day.
WELCOME & KICKOFF VOLUNTEER PARTY
We will be celebrating our efforts as a group with our traditional volunteer party on Wednesday, December 3 at 6:30pm-8:30pm at Ford Hall.
THANK YOU AND WRAP-UP VOLUNTEER PARTY
Join us for Pizza and Beer to wrap up this unforgettable weekend on Sunday, December 7 at 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Blue Moose Pizza in Beaver Creek Village.
Please note:
- All the events are free; however, you will need to RSVP and show your credential at the door. An email with RSVP instructions will be sent in November.
- The parties are for volunteers only. Guests are not permitted.
- Park in the Elk Lot and take the shuttle up. Elk Lot parking is free after 1:00P.

After you check out from your shift, please stick around and enjoy an adult beverage or two on us and share your day’s experience with your friends. Please confirm with the Talon Crew Admin staff at Check-out for the location of that day’s gathering.
