THE HIP SNACKS
The Hip Snacks are a Denver-based six-piece bringing together soul, rock, pop, jam and hip-hop influences for a sound that’s energetic, eclectic and built for the stage. Led by Kara Durante’s powerhouse vocals, the band pairs soaring melodies with fiery guitars, keys and tight grooves.

Formed in 2022 after Durante and guitarist Ben Suarez relocated to Colorado, the group quickly found its footing in Denver’s live music scene. Their shared love of everything from southern soul and hip-hop to jam and rock helped shape a sound that refuses to stay within a single genre.

Following their 2024 debut album, What Lies Ahead, The Hip Snacks returned to Colorado Sound Studios for their sophomore album, Out On A Limb. The record captures the confidence and chemistry of a band hitting its stride, with vibrant musicianship and songs made to get audiences moving.
