VOLUNTEER HQ + Check in/Out
The VHQ is located at Ford Hall in Beaver Creek Village. You will need to stop by VHQ prior to your first shift in order to pick up your uniform and credential. Ford Hall is conveniently located one level up from the Beaver Creek Village plaza level, just above the ice rink.

UNIFORM
Event volunteers will receive a weatherproof softshell winter ski jacket and hat with the Birds of Prey logo as part of your required three-day minimum volunteer commitment. There are both men’s and women’s sizing. Jackets are distributed on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you are able to pick up your jacket, the better your chances of getting the size you desire.

Food & Beverage
Each day that you volunteer, you will receive breakfast or lunch depending on the start time of your shift.

PARKING, Buses & MAPS
Volunteers will park in the Elk Lot at the base of Beaver Creek. Learn more about where to park and how to find your way around Beaver Creek.

You must RSVP in order to attend. If you have not yet RSVP’d, please do so in your Volunteer Profile. Park in the Elk Lot and take the shuttle up. Elk Lot parking is free after 1:00pm.
