VOLUNTEER HQ + UNIFORM PICKUP + daily Check in/out
The Volunteer HQ (VHQ) is located in Ford Hall at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. When you arrive in Beaver Creek Village, take the escalator up from the Ice Rink. Ford Hall will be on your right.
You will need to stop by VHQ prior to your first shift to pick up your Volunteer Kit which includes your uniform, credential, armband and lift pass (if relevant).
All Volunteers need to Check-In and Check Out daily. Below you’ll find the check-in/out locations and additional information.
The hours of operation are set up so that you can pick up your Volunteer Kit which includes your uniform, credential, armband and lift pass (if relevant) prior to your first shift.

For the safety of everyone involved, all Talon Crew and Raptor Crew volunteers are required to check in at the beginning of every shift and check out before leaving each day. This is a critical safety procedure that allows us to know exactly who is on site and to confirm that everyone has safely left the mountain at the end of the day.
Every volunteer plays an important role in this process. By consistently checking in and out, you’re helping us ensure the safety and well-being of the entire volunteer crew. Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone safe.
- Check-In is at VHQ at Ford Hall (upstairs for Talon Crew ; downstairs for Raptor Crew). There will be VHQ staff available to help you with check-in and answer any questions.
- Check Outis at VHQ at Ford Hall (downstairs for both Talon and Raptor Crews). Same procedure as the check-in, where VHQ staff will be onsite to assist.
This is also the same system that will be used for tracking the minimum required volunteer commitment and eligibility for the Volunteer Appreciation Program (6/9/12/15-Day Gifts). IMPORTANT: If you don’t check in AND check out each day, you will not receive credit for the day.
