Talon Crew events that have been confirmed for this year include:

One Team BBQ at Talons: For those volunteering for the first weekend of course prep, there will be a One Team BBQ at Talons Restaurant at the base of the race venue, on Sunday, November 26, from 4:00 – 6:00pm. Join us for a bit of BBQ and get to know your Talon Crew team and other on hill crews you will be working with throughout the week, including Beaver Creek Race Department and Ski & Snowboard Club Vail.

Volunteer Thank You and Kickoff Party: We will be celebrating our efforts as a group with an all volunteer Thank you and Kickoff Party. The party will be on Wednesday, November 29 at 6:30pm at Ford Hall. The event is free but you will need to show your credential at the door and is for volunteers only. You must RSVP in order to attend. If you have not yet RSVP’d, please do so in your Rosterfy Profile. Park in the Elk Lot and take the shuttle up. Elk Lot parking is free after 1:00pm.

Volunteer Hospitality (aka Beer Tent): After you check out, please stick around and enjoy an adult beverage or two on us and share your day’s experience with your friends. We will not be having Volunteer Hospitality on days that there are other parties and social events. Please confirm with the Admin staff at Check-Out for the location of that day’s gathering.
