VOLUNTEER HQ + UNIFORM PICKUP + daily Check in/out
The VHQ is located at Ford Hall in Beaver Creek Village. You will need to stop by VHQ prior to your first shift to pick up your Volunteer Kit, which includes your uniform and credential.
All Volunteers need to Check-In and Check Out daily. Below you’ll find the check-in/out locations and additional information.
Ford Hall is conveniently located one level above the ice rink in Beaver Creek Village.
The hours of operation are set up so that you can pick up your Volunteer Kit which includes your uniform prior to your first shift.

*Talon Crew Volunteer Kit pickup only. Raptor Crew Volunteer Kits will not be available for pickup before Sunday, Nov 30.

6:00am – 6:00pm

All Volunteers will Check-In and Check Out daily to confirm how many people are on site each day and make sure everyone is off the mountain safely.
NEW FOR 2025: Venue Security Volunteers
For volunteers working on a Venue Security shift:
- Check-In directly with your Volunteer Coordinators at Talons Restaurant. This is where you will meet your team and leads for the day and enjoy breakfast before your shift start time.
- Check-Out with your Volunteer Coordinators before leaving the Race Finish Area at the end of your shift. No need for you to come back by VHQ.
For TV Compound volunteers: Check your daily shift reminder email for specific Check-in/out instructions.
For All Other Volunteers:
- Check-In is at VHQ at Ford Hall (downstairs for Raptor Crew ; upstairs for Talon Crew). There will be VHQ staff available to help you with check-in and answer any questions.
- Check Out is at VHQ at Ford Hall (downstairs for both Talon and Raptor Crews). Same procedure as the check-in, where VHQ staff will be onsite to assist.

This is the same system that will be used for tracking the minimum required volunteer commitment and eligibility for the Volunteer Appreciation Program. IMPORTANT: If you don’t check in AND check out each day, you will not receive credit for the day.
