STARTING YOUR DAY
Morning check-in location and times and where to meet your crew.
CHECK IN
All Event Crew Volunteers will Check In and Check Out daily.
Check In is at VHQ at Ford Hall. There will be VHQ staff available to help you with check-in an answer any questions.
You will need to adjust your departure time from your accommodations accordingly and to allow for the shuttle from the Elk Lot.
MEET YOUR CREW
After checking in, please proceed to the meeting location for your individual shift. That information will be sent to you by email the night prior to your shift.
BREAKFAST
On your scheduled volunteer days, if you have an early morning shift, we invite you to join us for breakfast. Breakfast will be served at the Powder 8 restaurant, located in Ford Hall. Please reference your daily shift email for more information on timing.
LUNCH
Lunch will be served on the lower level of Talons Restaurant for those volunteers scheduled in the race finish area and in Ford Hall at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek for those scheduled in Beaver Creek Village.
Lunch hours of operation:
- Daily at Talons Restaurant: 11am – 1:30pm
- Daily at Ford Hall: 11:30am – 2:30pm
Your volunteer coordinator will inform you of when you are able to take a break to enjoy lunch during your shift.
